Event times

Your event time is listed at the top of your Event Proposal.

You and your caterer have access to the facility 4 hours before the start time of the event.  Clean up after the event is allotted for an hour.  All of your personal belongings and decor must be collected at this time.

Rental Fee

Our rental fees vary based on the day and time of day of your event. 
 

Bar Package

Bar package prices are based on the number of guests and includes gratuity.  Please see the Bar Packages page in this portal to view our selections.

If you are planning to have your event on a weekend, you were assigned a bar package in your Event Proposal that met the bar minimum for that day. 

Catering Package

The catering company that you select must be on our list of Preferred Caterers.  You will be working directly with your caterer with the meal and planning needs of your event. We do not allow any catering company that is not on our list.

How we work with caterers:

• You pay us, and we pay the caterer.

• We do not mark up any of the caterer’s food costs, but we do charge the caterer a Facility Fee.

• This fee is 8% of food and service only.

• Once you have decided on a caterer, The Rickhouse will email you to confirm your caterer selection. We will place the deposit with the caterer on your behalf. If you exceed the catering budget that is listed on your Event Proposal, you will need to place another deposit in order to keep your total deposit with us at 50% of the total for the event.

Included with Your Rental

• Access to our dressing suite throughout the event.

• Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests

• A seamless dance floor

• State of the art technology that includes a projector, projector screen, wireless microphones and a wireless speaker sound system that is wired both inside and on our outside balcony. We also have HDMI and RGB direct connects, Apple TV, and XLR inputs.
